The "Legal Consultation with a Judicial Scrivener" is available in person or by telephone.
The process for consultation by telephone is as follows.
Make an appointment for consultation by phone or at the counter in advance.
On the day of the consultation, a Human Rights Promotion Division staff member will call the counselor's telephone number at the reserved time.
After confirming that the counselor has answered the phone, the counselor will hand over the phone to the judicial scrivener in charge of the consultation who is standing by, and the counselor will consult with the client until the end of the consultation time designated by the Human Rights Promotion Division.
