Saitama Aquarium is located in Hanyu City, Saitama Prefecture.

The aquarium mainly focuses on freshwater fish, which is rare in Japan, and exhibits about 100 species of aquatic organisms, mainly fish living in the Arakawa River. Other exhibits include representative tropical fish from around the world and the Kotomekawa otter.　 In addition, in the garden pond, there are many Sogyo, bluefish, and Nishikigoi that are over 1 meter in length, and visitors can experience feeding them at arm's length.
